Audio, masks, touch and cross-device projection
Professional projection mapping
in your browser.
Turn any physical surface into a display. Warp geometry point by point, mix video and audio, and drive the projector from any device.
Everything you need to create
The tools that matter on site, on the day of the show.
Mesh warp and corner pinning
Fit your content to any surface with 4-corner perspective or meshes up to 10×10. Every point snaps to the grid and to neighbouring points, so no light leaks between two pieces.
Video and audio together
Looping video, standalone audio tracks and per-layer volume. On a mesh, video copies are realigned automatically so the image never tears.
Geometric masking
Build shapes (circle, triangle, diamond) that clip your media without distorting the original content.
Multi-select and bulk editing
Select several layers to move, hide or fade them at once. Copy and paste with Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V.
Built for touch
A genuinely responsive interface: drag with one finger, pinch to zoom, and map from a tablet or phone.
Projector on any device
The projector window opens from its own link and follows your changes in real time. Control a projector on another computer straight from your phone.
Projects saved to your account
Every adjustment is stored on the server on its own. Open the same project from another machine on show day, no files to carry.
Media library
The images, videos and audio you upload stay in your account and can be reused in any project.
Undo and redo
Up to 50 steps of history. Experiment freely: from dragging a point to changing a colour, everything can be undone.
How it works
Three steps between signing up and the first projection.
1. Create your account
Email and password, free of charge. Your first project opens ready to use.
2. Build the layers
Add image, video, audio, colour or mask and drag the points until they match the real object.
3. Open the projector
Send the projector window to your video output and go fullscreen. Whatever you adjust shows up right away.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to install anything?
No. Mass Map Studio runs in the browser. Use a current browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari) on the machine connected to the projector.
How does the projector get the image?
Every project has its own projection address. Open it on the device connected to the projector and go fullscreen: it follows the controller in real time, even when the controller is a different device.
Which files can I use?
JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF and SVG images; MP4 and WebM video; MP3, OGG, WAV and M4A audio. You can also point a layer at a media address on the web.
Does sound come out of the projector?
It comes out of the audio output of the device running the projector window. Since every browser blocks sound before a click, that window starts with a button: press it once before the show.
Are my projects saved?
They live in your account and are saved automatically after every adjustment. You can also download a .json file of the project and keep your own copy.
